Facebook CEO Zuckerberg said in a detailed post on his official page that the company will ban any revenue sharing revenue sharing on Facebook and Instagram by 2024.

He wrote in the post, ‘We will ban all revenue sharing on Facebook and Instagram by 2024. This includes paid online events, subscriptions, badges and bulletins.

Zuckerberg also announced new ways for content creators to earn money on both his social media platforms Facebook and Instagram. Zuckerberg said that these features will help ‘creators of the metaverse.’

1. Monetizing Reels: The company is opening the Reels Play bonus program for creators on Facebook, which will allow creators to cross-post their Instagram reels to Facebook and monetize them there as well.

2.Interoperable Subscriptions: This feature will give its subscribers paying creators access to subscriber-only Facebook groups on other platforms.

3.Facebook Stars: Apart from this, the company is going to introduce a tipping feature called Stars for all the creators, so that more and more people can start earning from their reel, live or on demand videos.

4.Creator Marketplace : Zuckerberg added that Meta has begun testing a set place on Instagram where creators can be discovered and paid, and where brands can share new partnership opportunities.

5.Digital Collectibles: Zuckerberg said that the company is expanding support for Display NFT on Instagram for creators. Zuckerberg continued, “We’ll be rolling this feature to Facebook soon, starting with a small group of US creators.” So that people can cross-post on Instagram and Facebook.
