Step 6- If you have added your mobile number, then you will have to click on send, otherwise you will have to go to the option of Try Another Way.

Step 7- After 72 hours you will get a link to reset the password. With the help of this link you can change your password.

Important thing:-Please tell that Google takes three days to know whether the account is yours or not. This method works only if you have logged in on another device with the same Gmail ID.
